We want you to love your new boots! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return or exchange process simple and hassle-free.

1. Our Return Window

 

• Eligibility Period: You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.

• Condition: All items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging/box. Boots that show signs of wear (creases, scuffs, dirt on the sole) are ineligible for a refund or exchange.

 

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

 

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at buybootssupport@buyboots.store with your Order Number and clearly state whether you would like a Return (for refund) or an Exchange (for a different size/color).

2. Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

3. Ship the Item Back: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the item back to the address provided in the instructions.

 

3. Refunds

 

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5–7 business days of delivery), we will process your refund. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

• Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as BuyBoots.store is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

4. Exchanges (Size/Color Swap)

 

• Availability: Exchanges are dependent on current stock availability.

• Process: To speed up the process, we recommend following the return process (Section 2) for the unwanted item and placing a new order for the correct size/color you want. This ensures the item you want is reserved immediately.

• Exchange Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original pair. BuyBoots.store will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement pair to you once the return is received and inspected.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

• Items returned outside the 30-day window.

• Items that are damaged, worn, or missing the original box/packaging.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at buybootssupport@buyboots.store. We will cover all shipping costs to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
